Refund Policy

This policy describes when MetroCloud provides refunds for rental services and hardware purchases.
1. Rental services
First-time purchases of VPS/VDS and dedicated server rental plans are refundable within 7 days of the initial payment. Submit a ticket from your Client Area to request a refund.
2. Hardware sales
Purchased servers may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the hardware is defective or does not match the ordered specification. Return shipping for confirmed defects is covered by us.
3. Renewals
Rental renewals are not refundable. You may cancel a service at any time; it remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Exceptions
- No refunds for services terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
- No refunds for hardware damaged through improper use after delivery;
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
5. How to request
Open a support ticket or email [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
