Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is not permitted on MetroCloud infrastructure. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Prohibited activities
- Hosting or distribution of content that is illegal under applicable law;
- Malware, phishing, hacking tools or any activity intended to compromise systems or data;
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or operating open mail relays;
- Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks);
- Harassment, hate speech or content that exploits or harms minors;
- Port scanning, brute-force attacks or DoS attacks against third parties;
- Actions that degrade the service for other customers (abuse of shared VPS host resources, excessive outbound traffic flooding).
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate services without prior notice where necessary to protect our infrastructure or other customers. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
